Last Updated: January 21, 2026

By accessing this website or booking a service with Aire One Heating & Cooling London, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Work

Aire One London provides HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

2. Communication & SMS Consent

By submitting a contact form or calling our office, you agree that we may contact you via phone, email, or SMS to facilitate your request.

  • Consent by Action: You acknowledge that providing your contact information to facilitate an HVAC booking constitutes an “Existing Business Relationship” under CASL.
  • Automated Reminders: You may receive automated seasonal reminders to ensure your equipment remains under warranty and operates safely.

3. Limitation of Liability (HVAC Specific)

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Aire One London is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Damages resulting from pre-existing electrical, plumbing, or structural issues in the home.
  • Secondary Damage: Water damage from leaking drain lines or frozen coils unless caused directly by our gross negligence during a service call.
  • Response Times: While we offer 24/7 emergency service, response times are “best effort” and not guaranteed during extreme weather events.
  • Equipment Failure: Indirect or consequential loss resulting from the failure of HVAC equipment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

4. Payments and Financing

Payments are due upon completion of service. If you utilize third-party financing (e.g., Snap, Financeit), you are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective lenders. Aire One London is not a lender and acts only as an equipment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice or granting technician access may result in a standard diagnostic/dispatch fee.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of London, ON.
